Akorn Working With Tertiary

terrtiary-logo

Akorn works closely in partnership with Tertiary and Industry Organisations…. for without them and other Community Partners there would be no Students @ Work Programs

Akorn is fortunate to have relationships with various Universities working with Science Students @ Work and VCAL Students @ Work teams since 2002.

Currently Akorn is working closely with The University of Melbourne in two specific areas:

The School of Physics – The ARC Centre of Excellence for Coherent X-ray Science Through which the Growing Tall Poppies Program has evolved
and
The School of Chemistry – The ARC Centre for Free Radical Chemistry and Biotechnology This program will take place over Terms 3 & 4 – 2010 with a class from Aquinas College on a project which will see students developing educational resources for QUIT.
